3rd Arizona Entrepreneurship Conference
If you missed Steve at the Ignite Phoenix event last night, you missed the presentation that got the most heartfelt applause from the 120 or so in attendance. Nice presentation Steve and great job!
Just a quick note on the upcoming 3rd Annual Arizona Entrepreneurship Conference (also referred to as the 3AEC) at the Marriott Buttes in Tempe. The event benefits a non-profit, Opportunity Through Entrepreneurship Foundation (OTEF) who works with disadvantaged populations to show that there is another way to live - in control of your destiny and not letting life's circumstances control you.
First comment is that space is limited - and we're filling up fast. Register as soon as you can to meet other entrepreneurs, private placement funding partners and people who have been there and done all that in the entrepreneur realm.
Second, this year we've got quite a bit more of a social media angle to the conference with the lunch time keynote by Matt Mullenweg, founder of WordPress and a special announcement from Microsoft just before the cocktail reception.
